Order gone wrong
Wrong size sent, print off-centre, something turned up damaged — email us with your order number and a photo. Faults get reprinted or refunded and you won't pay postage. You usually won't need to send the faulty one back.
Returns
Unworn and unwashed, within 14 days of delivery. Message us first so we can give you the return address, then you have another 14 days to post it. Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Where's my order
Check the production window first — printing takes 2 to 4 working days, then 2 to 5 working days in the post. If you're past 9 working days, chase us and we'll find it.
Chart suggestions
Genuinely wanted. Send the title and roughly what the line does. If it makes us laugh it gets printed, and we'll tell you when it's up.
