Shipping policy
Everything is printed to order in the UK. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting for you to buy it. That means there are two stages to every order: production, then delivery.
Production: 2 to 5 working days
Your shirt is printed after you order it, by our print partners in the United Kingdom. They typically turn an order around in one to three working days. We say up to five so that we are not lying to you in December.
UK delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Sent tracked. You get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the print floor. Express is 1 to 2 working days in transit, but it does not speed up printing.
Total: usually 5 to 10 working days from order to doormat.
Delivery charges
- UK Standard, orders under 50 GBP: 4.99 GBP
- UK Standard, orders of 50 GBP and over: free
- UK Express: 6.99 GBP
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. An order placed on Friday evening starts production on Monday.
Where we ship
United Kingdom only, for now. If you are outside the UK and want one, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet.
More than one item
Items may be printed at different times and arrive in separate parcels. You are never charged delivery twice for one order.
Wrong address
We can only change a delivery address before production starts, which is a short window. Email us immediately with your order number. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong, we will re-send it once you have covered the postage.
Late or missing parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 7 working days after dispatch, email us. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we will reprint and re-send it at no cost to you.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Carriers have bad days, and so does the weather.
